Scope
These terms and conditions of Valser Service AG apply to the services offered on the main page and all orders that are placed in Qwell by Valser eShop.
Delivery Area
The delivery area is limited to the areas served by Valser Service AG in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Whether a town is supplied, can be checked by entering the zip cod on qwell.ch
Order
The contract comes into existence only after the customer has received an order confirmation by e-mail. From this point, the customer can not change or cancel the order. The products are delivered to the address that was specified by the customer when ordering.
Minimum Order Value
Qwell by Valser does not offer single bottles for sale. The minimum order is one unit.
Price and Payment Methods
The published prices are in Swiss Francs including VAT and service and serve as guide prices, as some Qwell suppliers are independent Distributors, the design of sales prices as well as payment modalities are free. Valser Service AG reserves the right to change its prices at any time. There are always displayed on the order date prices.
The invoice amount is generally payable locally in cash. After consultation with the Qwell supplier an invoice can be issued on the spot. For individual Qwell suppliers there is the possibility of payment by credit or debit card.
Some Qwell suppliers are Independent Distributors. These are free to design the sales prices as well as the payment method. Accordingly, no general information on the possibility of paying by credit or debit card or the granting of any discount can be made. If the area of the customer is looked after by an independent distributor, match the prices of the price list of the distributor.
Supply
After the confirmation of order the responsible Qwell supplierfor the area will contact the buyer, on weekdays usually within 48 hours. The delivery time is based on mutual agreement. The Valser Service AG may not be liable for any delays of Qwell supplier.
If the customer can not be met at the agreed delivery time, the Qwell supplier free to deposit the products at the agreed delivery, unless another agreement has been made. Regardless of the presence of the customer, the responsibility upon delivery of the goods passes to him.
To check the delivered good is the responibility of the customer. Any quality defects are to be rported to the Valser Service AG immediately. Mistakenly delivered drinks that the customer has received, must not be taken back.
Valser Service AG is not responsible for the availability of the products offered.
Empties
The crates may not be used by the customer and must be given back to the Qwell supplier again at the next visit. The empties are also taken back by the Qwell supplier.
Privacy
With regard to the processing of personal data by Valser Service AG, the currently valid provisions on data protection apply.
Amendments and Supplements
Valser Service AG reserves the right to amend the present Terms. This requires no special instructions. For further assistance and/or contradictions between the German, French and Italian text of the Conditions of the German text is considered authoritative.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The jurisdiction is the headquarters of the Valser Service AG. It applies to the laws of Switzerland.
